Lefteris was born in Athens in 1984 and studied Painting at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He started out working on large-scale oil and acrylics paintings and later moved to smaller works which combined digital colour with traditional ink. Since 2017 he has focused on writing, and creating comics. In 2023 Ekdoseis Sto Perithorio Publications released his latest book, DJ At A Kebab Shop. He is currently writing a book about his experiences as a fishery worker in Iceland and, working on his next comic. He is the creator of Myndasöguhátið Siglufjarðar which will take place in summer 2024.
